The short version

This site has no accounts and no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read — nothing about you is sold, and we run no advertising or remarketing on it.

The contact form

The contact form collects what you type into it — your name, business name, phone number, email address, business type and your message — and delivers it to our inbox by email. It is processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else. We keep that correspondence so we can reply and carry a project forward, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

You do not have to use the form. WhatsApp, email and phone reach us just as well.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies on your device so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. It records things like which pages you opened, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used. Google shortens your IP address so we never see it in full, and we have not enabled advertising or remarketing features.

We look at this to learn which parts of the site are useful — nothing more. If you would rather not be counted, any browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Google's own opt-out add-on will stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.

Apart from Google Analytics, this site sets no cookies of its own.

Fonts and third-party requests

Typefaces load from Fontshare and Google Fonts. Loading a page requests those files from their servers; no other third-party requests are made.

Hosting

As any web host does, our hosting provider processes standard request data including your IP address in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. That processing is governed by the host's own privacy policy.

Links you choose to follow

The WhatsApp and Instagram links lead to services operated by Meta. Once you follow one you are on their platform, under their terms and their privacy policy, not ours.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or send an email, we receive what you send — usually your name, a phone number or email address, and your message. We keep that correspondence so we can reply and carry a project forward. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Asking us to delete something

Email us and ask. Bear in mind that messages held inside WhatsApp are also subject to Meta's own retention, which we do not control.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
